Q: Safari extension is not showing
A: Please try the following steps:
1. Open Safari → Settings → Extensions
2. Check "Channel Blocker"
3. Allow extension access on YouTube website
Q: Block button is not displayed
A: Please reload the YouTube page. Also, make sure the extension is enabled for YouTube domain.
Q: Blocked channels still appear
A: Please try:
1. Reload the page
2. Check block list in the app
3. Disable and re-enable Safari extension
Q: Blocking doesn't work on YouTube Shorts
A: Some YouTube Shorts formats may not be supported. Please try blocking on regular video pages.
Q: I donated but there are no additional features
A: This app uses a pure donation model. Donations do not unlock additional features. All features are available for free.
Troubleshooting
1. Reset Extension
If problems persist, reset the extension:
- Safari → Settings → Extensions
- Uncheck Channel Blocker
- Restart Safari
- Re-enable the extension
2. Check iOS/iPadOS Version
This app requires iOS 17.0 or later. Check your version in Settings → General → About.
3. Restart Device
If issues continue, try restarting your device.
